It is recommended to avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before the session. Try to arrive 5–10 minutes early to leave the rush behind and prepare yourself for bodywork.

The treatment should not cause sharp pain. During deeper work on tense areas, mild discomfort may occur, but we will always find the right level of intensity that feels comfortable for you.
For the best results, drink plenty of water throughout the day, avoid intense physical activity, and allow your body time for gentle recovery.
If you are experiencing cold symptoms or general illness, it is best to reschedule the session. Massage places additional нагрузка on the lymphatic system, so it is important for the body to fully recover first.
