Eldar Petrilovskij

My name is Eldar, and I specialize in therapeutic massage and osteopathic techniques.

I help reduce pain, relieve tension, and improve overall well-being through individually tailored treatments.
In my practice, I use therapeutic, sports, and myofascial massage, trigger point therapy, as well as osteopathic methods, including craniosacral therapy and HVLA techniques.

I pay special attention to the root causes of discomfort, not just the symptoms. I also provide recommendations on exercises and lifestyle habits to help maintain long-term results and support your health.

If it’s important for you to feel better and trust your specialist — I’ll be happy to help.

Services

Classic Massage

Classic massage is a treatment that helps your body feel light and relaxed, relieves headaches, improves mood, and restores energy.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage is focused on tense and problematic areas of the body. After the session, the body feels more flexible, with greater range of motion and ease of movement.

Sports Massage

Sports massage is a treatment where the specialist helps the body recover after intense physical activity, prevent injuries, and relieve regular muscle tension.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a technique that targets the deeper layers of muscles, where the root causes of pain and tension are often hidden. After the session, the body feels loose, deeply relaxed, and ready to rest and recharge.

Relaxation Massage

Relaxation massage is a technique designed to reduce accumulated stress and help the body fully unwind. This type of massage can improve mood, relax the body after a long day, improve blood circulation, and help lower blood pressure.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Lymphatic drainage massage is a technique designed to improve lymph flow throughout the body and reduce fluid retention and swelling. It is a gentle yet effective therapy that helps decrease inflammation and support the body’s natural recovery processes.
Do I need any special preparation before the session?

It is recommended to avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before the session. Try to arrive 5–10 minutes early to leave the rush behind and prepare yourself for bodywork.

What should I do if I have chronic health conditions?

Your safety is my priority. Please let me know in advance about any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or chronic health issues. This will allow me to adapt the treatment to your individual needs.

Will the massage be painful?

The treatment should not cause sharp pain. During deeper work on tense areas, mild discomfort may occur, but we will always find the right level of intensity that feels comfortable for you.

How should I take care of myself after the massage?

For the best results, drink plenty of water throughout the day, avoid intense physical activity, and allow your body time for gentle recovery.

If you are experiencing cold symptoms or general illness, it is best to reschedule the session. Massage places additional нагрузка on the lymphatic system, so it is important for the body to fully recover first.
